Garden Road

I spent today working in our garden. My wife and I love to grow our own grub and this is the road from the house to the garden. This year has had it's share of frustration with to much rain followed by my neighbors cattle wandering through it. But today is a new day , the cattle are in their pen and the rain has finally moderated. It was a glorious day!!

Bob, it's a pleasure to see your images of West Virginia. I've seen little of WV, despite having lived in two of it's border states. Keep 'em coming!

How close to WV have you lived? Thank you for your kind comments and please keep your images coming with all the preset info too. The site Inside Lightroom is a motherload!!

I like the soft feel of this...like the Orton effect...

Cattle wandering the yard, ha? Very different from where I am in Jersey...there are lots of cattle but they're not in my neighbor's yard. :)

Jen thanks for the Orton effect. I learned something new today. I'd never heard of that. I think what I did was put some ''glamour glow'' on it using efex.

Bob, I was born in Dayton, Ohio and in the late 80s lived in Northern Virginia (DC area). My mom, incidentally, lived with an aunt in Huntington WV while she went to Marshall (that would have been the mid to late 1930s, I think).
