Sommesville, Maine

This was one beautiful spot right along the road to the cottage where we stayed. Across the road was the Port in a Storm bookstore one of our other favorite hangouts. I'm ready to go back!

My goodness, that looks fabulous! Seems like you left one beautiful part of the country to vacation in another! Hope you'll have more pictures to share...

Hi Bob,

Thanks for stopping by my new blog! I'm so sad to hear that your EHD crashed! You asked about backup routines and I thought I'd refer you to a post at Towner Jones Photography on using a free Microsoft utility called SyncToy to perform backups. I have it set up as he described and find it easy enough, but my problem is remembering to do it. After hearing of your disaster, I'll try to get back into the swing of nightly backups.
